· Our bamboo pet furniture is carefully designed and manufactured to ensure safety for pet use

· Products undergo preservative treatment and drying, with formaldehyde and heavy metal content meeting relevant safety standards

· Please assemble products correctly according to the instructions before use, and regularly check structural stability

· We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper assembly, excessive use, failure to follow instructions, or abnormal pet behavior

· Large cat trees should be placed on flat ground, preferably against a wall for added stability

· Bamboo products should not be placed outdoors or in humid environments for long periods, as they may develop mold. We recommend use in indoor dry environments

Natural Material Statement

· Our products are made from natural bamboo. The texture, color, and nodes of each product are unique

· Natural bamboo may exhibit color variations under different lighting and environments. This is a normal characteristic of natural materials and does not constitute a quality issue

· Product images are for reference only. Actual products may differ slightly from images

· During long-distance transportation, natural bamboo may develop fine hairline surface cracks near bamboo nodes. This is a normal characteristic of natural organic materials and does not affect structural integrity or service life

· Mold, aging, or cracking caused by placement outdoors or in humid environments is not a quality issue and does not qualify for return or refund

Import Duty Statement

· In accordance with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, we explicitly inform you that product prices do not include US import duties, customs fees, or sales tax

· Import duties and related taxes are the buyer's responsibility

· Duty amounts vary by product category, declared value, and state policies

· If the package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer's refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund
